Series 1 – The grip …Part 2
So here we are going deeper into what it really means to be under the GRIP OF SATAN. The idea alone that there is a possibility Satan can gain control of your mind makes you wake up and pay attention. I think it’s something we sometimes pass off as not being as dangerous, or maybe we don’t recognize the danger and go about our day ignoring that danger.
The strategy of Satan is to ATTACK!!!
SATAN is a destroyer. He is a killer.
The Grip of Satan is to have your mind going places that you know are not good for your soul….causing disappointment, discouragement, frustration, lying, hate, and I could go on and on. All of this can become a part of your daily thinking and before you realize it you are projecting these things in your life.
That GRIP that should belong to God has become a procession of Satan. He plays and manipulates it ( your mind) to do anything that will blind or hinder your serving God.
Remember it is with the MIND that we serve God.
I could flood this article with scriptures that validate what I am saying but I want you to follow what is being said and absorb it so you will search out the Word of God for what He has for you.
LOOK IT UP! Know it for yourself…Gods Word is our guide for this journey. It’s up to you to make sure you are following the right roadmap.
Your mind navigates you to where you want to go. Satan’s GRIP is to mess up that navigation so that you get off course, lose the sense of direction, give up and stop participating in the journey with Christ.
Do you ever feel like I’m not where I want to be in Christ and it seems I’m never going to get there? This is a good example of your mind being accessible to Satans Grip.

Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices. (II Corinthians 2:11)
You must recognize that all the battles of life, whether physical, spiritual, emotional, mental, financial or with human personalities are only outward manifestations of your spiritual journey.
Here is an epiphany! Your struggle does not negate the fact that you still believe in God, you still know that there is a victory to be gained but you are in a (right now) state that is causing havoc in your life. What and how you handle that (right now) state will determine your victory! Recognize the GRIP of Satans devices and remove them.
A firm grasp or control over something gives way when you identify the pressure points of that grip. The power is in your hands, not Satans.
